SUGGESTED USE: Take one tablet two times daily with a meal. For easier swallowing, take with water before and during ingestion. Each tablet contains 500 mg concentrated garlic. Two tablets are equivalent to 2,500 mg fresh garlic, about one clove, a commonly suggested daily dosage of garlic. Each tablet is coated for easy swallowing.
